How do you improve your bubble?

You can improve your bubble, by improving yourself. By improving yourself you change the behaviour that is destroying you and continue with behaviour that is improving you!
We all want to improve ourselves. However, most people that are within bubbles that have consumption of products and services that are unhealthy for you or behavior that is unhealthy for you have difficulty changing their behavior, because we are social animals and we want to belong.
Many people think or are taught that when they do not continue with the unhealthy behavior that they will lose their belonging to the bubble.
The bubble provides advantages for the individual and these advantages are important for the individual. That means that all individuals that are part of bubbles that have unhealthy aspects, sacrifice their well being for social inclusion.
Leaders of bubbles know this, the power of belonging is so strong that individuals will even sacrifice their lives for the bubble when the sense of belonging is so strong.
Understanding this about human life is the first step to stopping the consumption of unhealthy products, services and behavior within bubbles.
However, we are all part of bubbles and this has resulted in the consumption of products and services that maybe unhealthy or behavior that is unhealthy. That means that these actions have become habits and habits are difficult to change. The first step in changing an unhealthy habit is realizing that the habit is destroying you, although this may be taking place slowly. The second step is to change your thinking about the consumption or behavior that is destroying you. Your attitude towards these products, services or behavior should change in order to move forward to improving yourself. The third step is stopping with the behavior that is destroying you. This seems very easy and for some people it is very easy to change a behavior for the better, but for many people this is very difficult. This is called addiction. We are all addicted to products and services that are destroying us and our need of belonging is keeping us stuck and unable to change.
To give an example, a bar has alcohol, but it also has social inclusion and fun. That means that many people believe that they can only be part of the social inclusion and fun of a bar if they consume alcohol. This is wrong thinking! You will have to do some learning to understand that it is not the consumption of alcohol that determines the social inclusion and fun. That the leaders communicate that the alcohol is the solution for inclusion and fun is how we are being manipulated to purchase products that are not beneficial for us, but are beneficial for the leaders of the bubble. To remain with the bar, If there was no alcohol you would drink one or two drinks! Due to the addiction effects of alcohol you consume more in a bar than the amount of fluids you need in most cases. This is the commercial interest and this commercial interest is sacrificing your wellbeing for the wellbeing of the leaders of the bubble!
However, this is not yet a full answer, because the unhealthy products or behavior is also satisfying needs of us. What you should realize is that the needs for these products, services and behavior may be substituted for other products, services and behavior that is beneficial for us, serves our needs and improve us.
Changing a bad habit, or an unhealthy product for a healthy product is often not easy. So, you have to form a will to do so. Only if you want to change for the better is it possible to do so! Because, unhealthy products, services or behavior are engrained within you and this means that when you consciously decide you want to change your behavior, the unconscious programming of the bubble is still having a strong effect on you, because your are a social animal and want to conform to the bubble and the bubble makes you conform. That means that there will be resistance to change within the bubble and within you. You may no longer be allowed to be part of the bubble. There may be physical withdrawal and emotional withdrawal. In essence to improve yourself you will first have to go through a difficult period that becomes easier over time. You have to decide that this is worth it. Only, then can you deal with the resistance. Getting professional help maybe a good idea if your having difficulty achieving results.
It is important that we all realize that products, services and behavior that is not improving our wellbeing is destroying us, sacrificing us, exploiting us and ultimately in many cases stands in the way of achieving a fulfilled life. In essence destructive behavior is most found in places where there is not enough love. So, the answer to improving bubbles is in essence adding more love to the bubble, true love and caring!
